Our home-like facilities with easy to find common areas provides a sense of security and warmth for people who are often anxious and may feel alone. Our caregivers take the time to know each of the residents and that connection is comforting and calming.
Having recently joined the Kinsington at Redwood Park community, Beverly Anderson, RN brings heartfelt caring and professional oversight to our Residents by always keeping her door open and constantly guiding our caregivers to provide Residents the kindness and attention they need. With a life-long career in memory care, Bev promotes the fitness, health and well-being of Residents and Caregivers alike, encouraging solid devotion to every aspect of their daily lives. Bev trains and educates her staff in Nurse delegated tasks, closely monitors the Residents’ change in condition, conducts assessments, abridges communication between med aides and physicians, verifies orders and provides appropriate treatments, and delegates tasks per regulations. Bev believes that we are all responsible to care for our Residents in their home.
As there are fewer Residents at Kinsington Place, Mark is on-site 15 to 20 hours per week but on call at all times in case of emergency. He has excellent communications skills, positive work ethic, and is one of the most energetic and personable people you will ever meet. Mark is a baccalaureate registered nurse with management, supervisory and teaching experience. He graduated from the Adventist University of the Phillipines in 2005 and has experience in many facets of nursing including operating room, psychiatric/geriatric clinic and community health agencies.
